Before you start, you should know how it works.
We've already taken an AI course and use Copilot. What's different?
Here, you build. Each participant creates two solutions for their own work, using tools the business already has, and starts using them the next day. The course was the previous step. This is the next one.
Can our data stay inside the business?
Yes. Workshops only use tools and licences your business has already approved, and we arrange a call with your IT team before the Bootcamp. For more sensitive processes, agents can be deployed on premises, with no data leaving the business.
How do you measure the return?
Using your own processes, rather than industry averages. During the Bootcamp, each participant times a task before and after. By the end of day two, you have the results, measured by your own people.
Can we commission just the automation, without the workshop?
Yes. The Bootcamp is also our discovery process: it's where we identify the right process and the people who will use the solution. Without it, the project starts with less information.
We can't pause a department for two days. How does that work?
The two days can be split, with work in between. And they aren't days lost: participants work on their real tasks, which take less time from the following week.
We want to train the whole company, not ten people.
You get there in the right order. Start with a Bootcamp for the people who are furthest ahead. Then AI Champions prepares them to become internal trainers, and they train everyone else. The expertise stays in your business.
Why do AI agents need maintenance?
An AI agent isn't software you can install and forget. Models, tools and your processes change. With Maintain, someone monitors, updates and responds when needed.
Doesn't AnotheReality work in virtual reality?
Since 2016, AnotheReality has brought new technologies into businesses, delivering over 100 products for clients including BMW, Enel and Terna. The AI division is led by one of the co-founders.
We already work with a systems integrator. Do we need to replace them?
No. You start with half a day or two days, rather than a six-month project. You only decide on the next step if the first one has worked.
Are we committed to continuing after the Bootcamp?
No. The Bootcamp stands on its own: you leave with two working solutions per person and a list of priorities.
Does it make sense to wait for the technology to mature?
It might, but it's worth making an informed decision. Meanwhile, many people are already using AI with company data and no clear rules. The Leadership Session helps you decide, even if that decision is to wait.
Can we do it remotely?
The Leadership Session and Bootcamp take place in person, because you build together. The AI Champions day can also be held remotely.
