Recently, immersive technologies have revolutionized the way we interact with cultural and natural heritage. It is no longer just about observing, but about experiencing iconic places through interactive experiences that combine digital innovation and immersive storytelling. The Project 

Dreampark, developed by AnotheReality, is an immersive edugame that transforms Turin’s Valentino Park into an interactive experience where history and innovation meet through gamified challenges. Thanks to virtual reality, tourists, students and citizens can explore the park in an innovative way, challenging themselves with games and activities that enhance its cultural and natural heritage. DREAMPARK is part of the research initiatives funded by the European Union under the TrialsNet project, aimed at developing and testing innovative high-impact technologies through 5G infrastructure. During the implementation of the project, field tests were conducted in the city of Turin, specifically at Links Foundation and Talent Garden, involving citizen samples to validate the response and performance of the 5G network.

Dreampark: The Adventure 

At the core of Dreampark is an immersive adventure in which participants must face four major challenges to break the spell of the Wizard Fosco who has turned the spirits of Valentino Park into stone. Guided by a dynamic and engaging narrative, players will explore the park’s iconic locations, solving puzzles and overcoming trials that will unveil hidden secrets and trivia about the place’s historical and cultural heritage.
The experience culminates in a final challenge, a collaborative challenge in which all players must join forces to confront the wizard Fosco, and free the spirits from the spell. This gripping finale not only makes the game even more exciting, but reinforces the sense of collaboration and sharing, turning the adventure into an educational and memorable experience.

A key pillar of the project is the use of the 5G network, which allows large volumes of data to be handled with extremely low latency. This technology ensures real-time synchronization of game content in 3D multiplayer environments, providing a smooth and seamless experience. The robustness of the connection also enables continuous interaction among numerous participants, increasing the reach and accessibility of the Dreampark experience, making it engaging and suitable for all audiences.

An Immersive Experience Created on Reflectis

Dreampark was built on Reflectis, the virtual experience platform developed by AnotheReality, which enables a bridge between physical and digital worlds. Reflectis made it possible to integrate interactive content and 3D environments synchronized in real time, ensuring a smooth and immersive experience for all types of users.
